Credit to Earl G for original post.

While the 2nd sentence is important, perhaps the first is just as important, or more important...
........I looked on line, and Trump did say these sentences on July 21, 2016. I heard him..

Here is a link to the speech, From Politico:

https://www.politico.com/story/2016/07/full-transcript-donald-trump-nomination-acceptance-speech-at-rnc-225974

Note:....You only have to watch the first 5 minutes.. He says these very important sentences at about 4min and 15 seconds. Be patient, Hit the link, and give it a chance to load, and then listen & watch..And then pass it on to everyone...........................

..... " Safety will be restored". Trump said it, and he owns it..!!!

Trump has failed to restore safe living. Living is now more unsafe than before, and guess who is responsible for that? The idea of a safe life that Trump promised is very important. Everyone understands what a safe life is, and now life is far more unsafe than before Trump was elected..Who is the President who promised us "Safety will be restored." Trump has also failed to defend the lives of its own citizens as Earl G. points out......

July 21, 2016....exact words I heard at link that Trump said:

" I have a message for all of you: the crime and violence that today afflicts our nation will soon come to an end. Beginning on January 20th 2017, safety will be restored.

The most basic duty of government is to defend the lives of its own citizens. Any government that fails to do so is a government unworthy to lead. "

Copy and paste these sentences, and post them as a riddle for your Trump humping friends:

"The most basic duty of government is to defend the lives of its own citizens. Any government that fails to do so is a government unworthy to lead."

Who said this on July 21, 2016? Then tell 'em it was their hero. Now what do they think?

Obama? Clinton? Kennedy?...Who said, "Safety will be restored"? How does Trump defend this? All Trump had to do was talk to leaders of Italy or Greece and hear what they have been through. But Trump knew it all, and takes the blame.

“Crime and violence “ means POC and brown skinned immigrants and the cultists feel he did exactly what he promised by locking babies in cages so they couldn’t rape and pillage. His Tweets and quotes back during Ebola when Obama was prez are much more on point.

Trump promised us "safety will be restored" and that has not happened. No matter what the connection might be, this is a total lie. Safety has not been restored , we are much more unsafe than before Trump was elected.
..Further, those 4 words are very easy to understand and require no knowledge of anything else besides an opinion on what "safety is" And everyone knows the truth which is that Trump's arrogance and stupidity really made us very unsafe. Trump failed to act quickly and decisively, and the result is thousands of deaths right here in the United States. Many deaths could have been prevented if Trump acted as a true leader would act.
