The guy couldn't muster a normal human reaction to the tragedy in Libya. He realized he was being too peppy and upbeat in his remarks and tried to self-correct. So incredibly insincere it should be a case study in insincerity. This is someone who just can't fake empathy and concern, and when he tries to he comes off as a sociopath.
