10. My first visit to Lowell was frightening. I parked at the main garage, walked to the train station.

The only people I encountered were nuns and winos. Between nuns, I managed to find my way there. The path I took was by a blocks-long abandoned factory with broken windows. At the end was a banner reading "NOW LEASING". I don't believe rMoney had anything to do with that situation, but I wouldn't be shocked to find out it was a Bain closure.
