My predictions...

1. Trump will lose his reelection.
2. Trump will claim that the election was rigged.
3. Trump will not leave the WH
4. Trump's aides will hunker down in the WH and won't leave either.
5. Trumps administration will not transition
6. Trump will file a lawsuit and try to get the SC to overturn the election votes.
7. Racist supremacist will stand around the WH armed to make sure no one takes Trump out the WH
8. If the SC rules that Trump lost and has to leave, he won't leave.
9. The Inauguration will go as scheduled, without Trump or anyone in his administration there.
10. Or, the Inauguration will be postponed.

I expect they will make that clear to don the con ahead of time and being such a coward, he will slink out undetected leaving only low level staff to be hauled out.

1. Trump crony lawyers spend billions to disenfranchise democratic voters in battle-ground states.
2. Trump appoints an incompetent fat cat to head the USPS, while also cutting postal funding, guaranteeing that vote by mail will be a cluster-fuck.
3. Trump "technically" wins election, and despite numerous state and federal lawsuits, the SC ratifies the election.

From there, like you said.

his term of office is over. Unless the military is willing to stand up for IMPOTUS, he is out of the WH and out of office.

He can't not leave if he loses. Even if he and his minions are claiming fraud. Once the election is certified in the House, it's done.
