Judge Sullivan must hold a hearing and then deny the attempt to exonerate Flynn.

After destroying Barr's bullshit during the hearing, he needs to sentence Flynn to be locked up pending whatever appeal Flynn will attempt to file.

The fate of our democracy and system of justice rests in Sullivan's hands right now. If Barr succeeds with this crap, no one will be safe. Fox is now telling everyone that Obama planted evidence and framed Flynn.

But I used to do Trump research, seeing as how I'm so mad about his destruction of our country, and I recall that Flynn was talking to the Saudis about a nuclear deal. This was shortly before Trump canned him, and the negotiations were during that inbetween period of election and inauguration.

So, I think that there is more to this than meets the eye. Barr is a disgrace, and if he succeeds in making these lies stick, simply because he says them over and over, then he is showing his treason and should end up in a jail cell along with Trump and the others. He should never be excused from this.

I think that if Flynn ends up going to jail, then he should be on special watch due to the fact (or, a possible fact) that if Trump can't make him disappear by getting him excused and freed, then he will get rid of him another way while he is in custody.
