Trump is going to do whatever it takes to win re-election and use every instrument of power he has. And will be backed up my the GOP Senate and DOJ. Every crackpot conspiracy theory that originates from a right wing site or Russian bots will be investigated as if it has merit. The “liberal” media will be complicit as they will cover the stories as legitimate or present “both sides.” His goal is to depress Democratic turnout, muddy up Biden’s name so both their unfavorables are high, and to convince the simpleton voter that all politicians are corrupt and there is no difference between Dems and Rep, while energizing his rabid base.

7. Don't be so sure about Congress

Both houses have held multiple hearings and conducted multiple investigations and reviews. They all concluded the same thing. Even two weeks ago, the GOP-controlled Senate finally released their report which said the previous investigation was all above board and proper. I believe that was probably a shot across the bow of USS Barr, a warning to not "go there" and attempt to re-write history with a bogus investigation concluding Brennan, Clapper and Comey "broke the law".
