The Flynn case isn't over until the judge says it's over

Excellent op ed from Monday’s Washington Post. One of the authors, former federal prosecutor and judge, John Gleason, has subsequently been appointed by Judge Sullivan as amicus curiae, to argue against the DOJ in the Flynn matter.

DOJ interviewed Priestap prior to dropping the Flynn case.
They excluded the interview in their motion.
Priestap claims they lied about his stance as well as the context of the notes.

And the document making the motion was not signed off properly.

Barr's coming off very badly here - and may also be in contempt or guilty of perjury. And even if Barr tries to withdraw his motion, Sullivan may well press on to get to the bottom of this and embarrass the crap out of Barr. Hopefully, someone will file a complaint with the DC Bar on the corrupt AG.

Sadly, this won't make any big different to Trump because like Stone, he has to get Flynn off so Flynn doesn't rat him out.

5. Let's hope there's a flood of bar complaints

Barr will never resign; he has no conscience and doesn’t care how many legal professionals ask him to step down. Instead, Barr should be disbarred and put behind bars, no play on words intended. He is corrupt to the core and has been for decades. Time for some legal housecleaning. How can the rule of law stand, otherwise?
