By letting it spread like a forest fire with 70 mph winds , he's right . I don't think he ever had intentions of doing anything knowing it was heading here. He's worked to hurt getting help to the American people, not help them.

And what did he and Kushner do? They looked at ways to make money of off "the beast" by
investing in hydroxycholoroquine and their own C-19 test kits instead of the perfectly good ones
from the W.H.O. and they along with Pompeo shipped 18 tons of P.P.E. to China in Jan. and Feb.
of 2020. And that no doubt cost the lives of Drs., Nurses, and first responders because they
got exposed to the disease without the needed protective gear.
