I believe that's correct. SS protection can happen sooner if the candidate requests it.

contributing that much, either because of the pandemic and no jobs, or whatever. Bloomberg is stepping it up also, and will be in full battle mode by September.

Thats whats great about having a candidate that knows how things work. So refreshing. After trump, it is a comfort for sure.
