People who were offended by it were the deplorables and weren’t going to vote for her anyway....if this turned off any “marginal” voter then I doubt they were really marginal....that’s the thing that gets me with us Democrats, we are so worried about this mythical “undecided” and “independent” voter. Elections are now base elections, you win by exciting your voters and GOTV efforts. The swing voter playbook is so outdated and doesn’t work.
