I live in VA too. I'm trying to educate a friend who sends me emails that always have lies in them. I look up things on Snoopes and send her the link. We never discuss politics when we see each other which isn't often. Yesterday, I sent her a bunch of links about Bain Capital and Mitt. I'm sure she knows nothing about what is going on because she doesn't listen to the news like we do nor read online info.

I have a sister who is visiting now. We don't talk about politics either because she is a repub. Her husband really hates Obama. I can't stand her husband. I still love my sister, but she didn't grow up like the rest of us...all Dems. Guess she has been brain washed by husband who doesn't belive he was born in this country and thinks he is not fit to be president. I told him that he hated him because he was black.

If so, the question I always ask my pub relatives is "why would you vote against your own best interests?" "I want my taxes invested in America, not given to billionaires."
