OK, I'm in a red state, so most of the ads I see are on cable or the internet, so I may be missing some, but it seems to me that there don't seem to be any ads talking about why Romney is so great or why he would make a good president. All I see are ads that criticize Obama. And I really don't mind negative ads, as long as they are criticizing a candidates views or policies or statements and not his children or his wife's fashion sense, etc. Point is, the only thing his supporters seem to like about Romney is that he is not Obama. And they probably could have saved a lot of time and money spent on primaries by just having a ballot that said "Obama" and "Not Obama." It must be embarrassing to be Republican and know that Mitt Romney is the best your party can do. If you had the mental capacity to be embarrassed, that is.
If you've seen any positive ads, would you post links to them so I can see?

(3,879 posts)"Mitt Romney wants to get Americans back to work." And show Mitt smiling and people working. Or "Mitt Romney loves America" and show him standing before a waving flag. There aren't even ads like that. If I can come up with something, surely people who actually like him can come up with one.

(54,255 posts)Haven't seen any political ads on local TV, just cable stations.
Alabama will go overwhelmingly Rmoney, so neither campaign will waste any money here.
And all the Rmoney ads are about how bad Obama is.
