you have to just love Minnesotans and their divided government and it's lack of really doing the people's business,and if you think the GOP is going to change any law that benefits minorities,well,it ain't going to happen.

Only will happen when Hubbard,Taylor and the McMillan's have are financially injured by not being able to rip off Minority Persons.
