I've been reading the transcripts of his statements about testing.

I think that he literally thinks that testing causes the disease.

If less people got mammograms, we would have less people with breast cancer
If less women got Pap smears, we would have less women with cervical cancer
If less people got tested for colon cancer, there would be less cases of colon cancer
If less men got prostate exams...
