Trump Wasted An Entire White House Meeting Trying To Convince His Aides That He's Mentally Fit

From the article:

According to The Washington Post, “The early June meeting in the Cabinet Room was intended as a general update on President Trump’s reelection campaign, but the president had other topics on his mind.”
In the meeting, Trump rambled about how well he did on a cognitive exam two years ago and even proposed challenging former Vice President Joe Biden to take the same test.

So the self proclaimed stable genius feels a need to convince his own staff that he is, indeed, a stable genius.

you're probably crazy, or at least weird enough that the question has come up so often that you feel compelled to argue that you're just fine.

Trump has a compulsion to brag about himself which is not out of an overabundance of self confidence or self esteem, but an indication that he needs external validation of a weak self image. He doesn't really feel strong, but he has developed the idea that if people see him as strong, talented, smart, successful, etc... then maybe he is.

Trump probably has some cognitive deficits that are not uncommon at that age. Biden too. The MAJOR difference between the two however, is in the psychological/emotional health area. Trump's problems, in my humble opinion, are primarily driven by his narcissism and insecurity. The mental "slipping" is likely adding to the pressure he feels to hide his MANY MANY flaws.

You are making a strong case that you are not mentally fit. It could be a sign of your degradation and deteriorating mental condition.

Sometimes, people are not able to recognize or acknowledge it because of the condition itself.

By the way, I'm sure Joe would be more than happy to take a mental acuity exam and publicize his scores. Trump would insist on taking it and then bury the results.

Can you believe that this is somebody's hero?

but the most important thing is trump cares and it is driving him nuts. their ads eat away at him and he cannot stop himself from replying, harping on it, trying to prove them wrong.

he is on defense and on his heels.

which means he is losing.

bigly!

They truly are a cult. If the Fairness Doctrine hadn't been eliminated by Reagan, there would have been PSA's all over the place about him. I watched a discussion group just a couple of months ago where the moderator asked what would be your response if he did shoot somebody in the middle of 5th Ave. One of the idiots actually said she would ask what that person had done to deserve it.

They'll never turn on him. He gives them the right to hate. It doesn't matter who, what, or why. It's all OK now. His supporters scare me more than he does. He's going away. Nobody else in that party demands the cult adoration he does. The princess MIGHT have had a shot of picking up his mantle, but I don't see it anymore. Uday and Qusay don't stand a chance. But Cult 45 will go on...they'll find someone to stoke that hatred again. I hope next time we're better prepared.

And as I keep reminding those still sitting on the fence, primarily because they can't imagine voting for a Democrat...get the fuck over yourself and your damn "principles". I don't give a rat's ass. Your practical choices are going to be Biden or Trump. Deal with it, and vote like it's the last time you have a chance. Because if we don't get this asshole out of office, it will be.

One part was to remember three given words after a 10 minute interval.
Another was to draw all the numbers on a clock and hands to point to a specified time (I used to do it with Roman numerals).
