How much do you want to bet he paid no taxes in at least some of those years?

amnesty requires filing certain forms the following year, which are the parts absent Mitt's 2010's.

I live on social security plus a VA pension and I don't pay income taxes because none of my income is taxable. And I have donated some of it to the Obama campaign! Because I think it's important for the President to have a brain.
