I am getting sick of Trump commercials

Last edited Fri Jul 3, 2020, 08:32 AM - Edit history (1)

But I suppose it's a good thing that the Trump campaign feels they have to spend money to buy ads in Texas. One of them says "Biden's slipping " and then show a bunch of clips of Biden sounding incoherent.

The other one talks about factories closing, shows Biden saying China is not the problem and then say, no Joe Biden is the problem.

Has anyone seen these? I'm guessing they are heavily edited and taken out of context.

Additionally: He's not running ads on the Spanish channels. I guess he's totally written off the Hispanic vote.

But fine, let him waste his money ....

At the end of this Lincoln Project clip a Republican voter is asked about the ad, and she sounds like she's going to vote for Biden (she says Trump's not much younger, and Biden would surround himself with good people):

on an old Black and white TV with an antennae like Joe is so old. He can still walk up a ramp, while drinking water and without toilet paper on his shoe.

I am ready to call the stations and tell them to stop running the ads but that doesn't do any good unless I am an advertiser with big bucks.

they would waste the money - probably a substantial amount to place an ad in her time slot.

No one watching Rachael would be moved toward Trump by an ad (or anything else), so it just seemed like a waste of money. I can see why they'd play them maybe during the day but anytime from 7pm through Midnight is just throwing money away.

Which if I'm to be honest, it did me.

The last thing I want to see is something lying about how great Trump is.

Oddly enough, it was right after Joe did his press conference the other day sounding quite coherent and Presidential. I just laughed at it because it was eerily like tRump saying Puppet? You’re the puppet. If anyone is slipping it is tRumpolini.

Trump's campaign is monitoring the reactions of liberals to gauge which ads piss us off the most...then those go into heavier rotation in an effort to suppress voter turnout - every voter that fails to show up or cast a ballot equals one fewer vote they need to manipulate, change or suppress on election day.

Don't believe the hype and don't fall for their BS.

Donnie and Co.? I LOVE all of your ads, in fact, I would recommend HUGE buys on MSNBC until election day...you know, those viewers who are 'natural' Trump votes

Clumsy, marginal quality, and loaded with obvious errors.
I don't see that sloppiness changing many swing minds.
But, yes, they're annoying.

There is absolutely no chance of Trump winning Illinois. They are flushing their money away. I am glad to see it.
