1. He already said it has to be in an appropriate place

Pretending to care about the troops his BFF Putin paid to have killed.

2. As soon as putin tells him to stop wearing it because he wants more Americans to die, trump will

stop wearing masks.

3. The minute somebody on Fox News mentions it, he'll turn to Stephen Miller

and rant about how wearing the mask was the worst decision of his life and he'll never, ever compromise on masks again.

5. When he sees the photos of how it emphasises his saggy wattled under-chin...

he'll probably get pissed off and rage about how it made him look and then refuse to wear one again, because he really is that vain and shallow.

6. In many places hospitals do not allow visitors

It comes down to no mask, no visit, no photo op.
Of course he wore one, and of course he wore one for the wrong reasons. There is no use in explaining that to his base - they cannot understand.

9. THIS X100

Why is anyone even talking about this? On MSNBC I'm hearing, "Has he seen the light?"
Utter disingenuous bullshit.

Both times (and in (2) twice), he deigned to wear a mask, he had been told unequivocally, NO MASK... NO photo-OP.

Everything for him is transactional.

12. It was the equivalent of holding up someone else's Bible in front of a church

for a cynical photo op, only this time it didn't involve tear gas or clubbing peaceful protesters and journalists.

7. Can we put a ball-gag in his mouth and make him wear leather mittens?

No talking. No tweeting.

8. I think the bigger story is why was he really at Walter Reed?

When has he ever cared enough about our wounded soldiers to visit them? And if that is why he was there, he would have plastered pictures of himself with a wounded soldier so we could see how "compassionate" he was. If he was there for a photo-op, he completely failed (unless images eventually show up in a campaign ad).

My suspicion is that he was there for another cognitive test. That certainly was on his mind this week since he mentioned a past one publicly.

13. Another question would be if he thinks a photo op visit there makes

up for his indifference to Putin's pay-to-slay of our troops in Afghanistan.

11. His base was going to vote for him, maybe some won't now

after he caved and has made them look foolish in their refusal to wear masks. One can hope.

16. Beyond not wearing properly. Expose the nose, it isn't wearing a mask.
