I was listening to Joe Scarborough today...

I am trying to figure out why he thinks that Romney on Univision last night will wipe away what he has said yesterday? What Romney said was completely and utterly unconscionable. The latino comment to me, although not mentioned on any program I saw was utterly racist and offensive---and it had an underlying birther snideness.

I think there are things that can go under the rug. The etch-e-sketch thing was one of them and his many gaffes another. But this video is offensive and hurtful to actually more than half the nation. What about the minority people with wealth---what about the Mexican Americans of wealth---would they not be offended by the things he said. He lambasted so many people and he said it in such a very facetious and comfortable way that I find it appalling that Scarborough can white wash this as a video that can go away.

The Acorn video was twisted and manipulated; this video was not. It was in full and not manipulated as Romney himself suggested as if to imply that context would vindicate him. Obama, had to continuously provide paper verification 4 years after his first run and win in the White House--to even remain on the ballot. Affidavits from the Republican Governor of Hawaii was not enough. Copy of his birth certificate is not enough and to this day there are Americans who do not even believe Hawaii is a state because Obama was born there. Yet, Scarborough says that a video where Romney condescendingly rips into more than half of the American people is going to be forgotten in time. 4 years was not enough time for Obama to be recognised as an American and to this day a over 40% of the bloody population still thinks he's not one of us; 4 years was not enough for birtherism to be forgotten. Shit, Romney even eluded to it in his Q&A.

Yet, Romney will get a pass. The racism, elitism, condenscation, disregard and so many other despicable adjectives tell a great deal about Romney and his elk that I do not think his entire run should ever again be validated. Not by us, not by Independents and definitely not by Republicans. This is not something you blow over. While Republicans blame Democrats of starting class warfare, we see that class warfare is justified when we see how Romney speaks and his fellow $50,000 a plate russian orgie lovers live.

I'm just disgusted that Conservative media white washes shit like this but if it was a Democrat the man would have to leave the country and still not be able to escape whatever he did. If Obama proving his birth is anything to go by.

Orange.

That alone should disqualify him from consideration.
