Closing the enthusiasm gap for women's rights

In the wake of the Todd Akin incident Pew polled views on abortion right and largely the results were predictable Dems were more supportive than the GOP and overall Americans supported a woman right to choose. What really stood out the was important pro/anti choice crowds placed on the issues. I knew anti's were more passionate, but not to this degree. It's not hard to imagine the consequences the anti's are more likely to research a candidates stance on issue, write letters,etc. The question is what do we do about this?
