Can Hurricane Isaias pick up the virus from the stricken state of Florida and precipitate it down on the Carolinas?

what he says about a huge weather system's ability to spread airborne viruses. I'd like to hear whether he feels if high winds will disperse the virus and thus render it ineffective or not.

I live in El Paso and we're two days away from marking the first anniversary of a Trump-provoked domestic terrorist attack...my very good friend lost both parents within two days of one another because of covid..he mourned their passing via ZOOM...the man next door, a retired army colonel, is in his third week breathing through a ventilator because of covid..my grown daughter is in self-quarantine awaiting a clean/positive covid test result...my college age grandson is about to go back to school in Austin after three of his roommates tested positive in June...these are my immediate concerns...the questions regarding a hurricane's ability to transport covid thousands of miles is a question only climatologists can answer...and where the House committee hearings could be revelatory they end up as 30 second soundbites on CNN MSNBC FOX
