malice aforethought
nounLAW

the intention to kill or harm, which distinguishes murder from unlawful killing.

"the accused has caused death but did not have malice aforethought"

Yup

They need a fair trial then a brick wall, bales of straw, a wooden chair, leather straps, a blindfold, ....

150,000 needless deaths and they stopped a nationwide testing program because last April it
was just hitting blue states, they sold 18 tons of PPE to China last winter, they dismantled programs
that would have stopped the C-19 virus in China because a black man started the program, and when
told about the coming pandemic they went about trying to make money off of it instead of getting America
and the world ready for it.

This really needs to get a lot more media attention than it's getting. What Trump and Kushner did is absolutely heinous.

There should be a way for a president to be removed immediately for committing such a blatant act of savagery upon his own people. They should both be in prison and it pisses me off that the only legal way to get rid of them is so fiercely partisan. That's another thing that needs to change.
