He kept saying “my order” and mentioning telehealth oh and rural, lots of rural stuff.

It’s hard to tell given the horrific writing, his complete lack of prep work, and his monotone don’t-care reading without any break. He reads in a way that makes the virus sounds like it has something to do with the stock market - he goes from one right into the other.
