How I analyse daily CV cases

If something is reported on Monday, this generally covers Sunday results.

So if I review state websites very early on Tuesday, this is Monday reporting of Sunday results.

Thus, early Wednesday is usually Tuesday reporting on Monday results, including the catch-up especially of deaths from the weekend. ((Do all coroners work 7 days a week? NOT! And the same for labs reading results))

So I expect most of the numbers I will see early tomorrow to show "jumps".
