Dr. Jill Biden gave a clue

On PBS NewsHour, a long interview with Judy Woodruff, she said they were looking at experience in governing:

Well, I think that it's really important that — trust is important to us, and I guess experience, wisdom, the things you would want someone — he needs a partner in governing and someone who knows has to govern and has the experience.

So, I love all the — I mean, the women that are candidates now, each and every one of them would bring something really special and unique to the ticket. So it's been really hard to look at each one and think, oh, my gosh, wouldn't she be wonderful, or wouldn't she be wonderful? It's a really tough choice, Judy.

Not sure what it means. A governor? a mayor? I would love Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms

(Also a good interview with Pelosi)

from her original idea and plans to the details of its infrastructure. Planned it and executed it into existence. Very rare in government.

But, it’s fair to guess a governor, too. They are all smart so anyone
who passes vetting is fine with me.

Imagine what might be with a White House Action Officer who would put emphasis on “Action!”

And polls very well among black voters for VP as well. I wonder if her work fighting the banks, who disgustingly preyed on minority communities with subprime loans, has earned her some cred in the black community? OTOH, she didn't do that well among minority voters in her own primary campaign, so IDK.
