Biden: The truth of the matter is, Donald Trump inherited a growing economy from President Obama and me. And just like everything else he inherited in his life, he squandered it.

The tweet includes a nice animated GDP timeline super-imposed over Trump quotes about how HE built the greatest economy...

(15,193 posts)But, it's still SUCKS that Dems have allowed this asspickle to parade around with the greatness of President Obama's economic success story for 4 FUCKING YEARS with NO pushback on his bullshit.
The fucker said; "greatest economy in the history of the entire world" so many times, that even the racism, fascism, ignorance, authoritarianism, hate and the deaths of 160k+ Americans still have people saying; "yes, but he's been good on the economy"!
Holy Fuckstick Batman! A guy whose entire life has been nothing more then repeating a fucking lie enough times it vaccinates him, and Dems couldn't figure out that you can't allow him to own an issue like they've allowed this?
EVERYTHING about this guy is a fucking fraud.
"I'm a great businessman"
"I'm really rich"
" Insert Hollywood Starlet name here) really wants to fuck me"
"I was the best baseball player in New York"
"It's the most remarkable, impressive thing anybody's ever done that was done by me"
"My steaks are the best in the history of the entire world"
"Melania is a Rhodes Scholar who is fluent in 6 languages"
AND, folks couldn't figure out that he would lie about how "great" he did on the economy?
I apologise for the language and my anger, but I've sat here for 4 years watching this guy dress himself up everyday, sometimes 10 times a day, in the sparkling economy President Obama created, and get away with it.
That, and the needless deaths has me so pissed I can't see straight.
Please forgive my anger.

(112,920 posts)My hardworking, blue-collar dad from Ohio and his pals would have called Trump a BSer from day one.

(12,761 posts)"Liar" is true, obviously, but so commonly applied to politicians (and in the case of Trump, it's an oft-pointed-out lifestyle choice) that a more accurate term needs to be used to describe what he does and how he's handled his entire career and probably all of his relationships with people: Trump the Bullshitter. I can see Biden now, using that epithet the way Reagan used, "There you go again."
