OK, let me set the stage for you. I was driving to my home in Ventnor New Jersey yesterday at about 6:30 PM and was detoured away from my Direct route home. There was a gigantic police presence on the main road in whats called Ventnor Heights and I was forced to go to Atlantic City center, hang a right and proceed to the alternate route to the island upon which I reside.
Early news reports, and reports of neighbors who were in the shopping center when this event occurred were the following: there was a black man running through the marsh who turned around and started charging officers. People heard between five and seven reports of gunfire and the individual lay on the ground Unmoving. An ambulance came and took him away.
Mentions were made of a mail truck stopped in the middle of the street, with the door open and that he may or may not have been attempting to enter the truck. Of course, our closed Facebook group of local citizenry proffered all kinds of theories, including, naturally, some racist ones which were deleted immediately, to the credit of the moderators, and scant reports have surfaced Since.
As an aside, the police here think theyre in the TV show CHiPs: I leave it to your imagination as to why I think this is the case.
In any event, its been very quiet, weirdly so, and then this suddenly appears:

Hmmm is all I have to say.

Never seen that before.
