So, When Joe Wins is He Going...

to govern by fiat like Thrump's been doing? I mean why mess around with that pesky legislature when you can just sign a table full of executive orders.

Kidding aside, where is the concern about the power that Trump has been accruing to the Executive Branch in the last 4 years? I don't hear a thing about it. ...from either side.

and courts are overturning them. His EO on Tik Tok is particularly toothless. As reported in Law and Crime this is how they describe it

“I’m going to ban something, and I’ll tell you later what that something is. I know I’m not allowed to ban everything, and I expect soon, there will be new limits to my power to ban things. But once I figure out what I’m allowed to do, I’ll ban what I feel like banning.”
