though, studies showed that most who voted "against their own interests" were voting for what they believed were their principles. They were willing to sacrifice for what they believed was right, though many were and are, as we know too well, not capable of figuring out for themselves what's really right and wrong.

Since marrying a Chinese billionaire's daughter as part of his power seeking, McConnell's been able to launder very handsome fortunes through gifts to her, a happy marriage of his true love (power) and a small share of what's only due to a man of his power.
