It's going to be Trump to the rescue. He is going to try to come up with something by executive action. If he moves money from one place to another, I don't know where he going to get that much money.

He can't appropriate enough funds to have an impact but he will try to Jedi mind trick us all into thinking the problem is solved. They should have taken the split the difference offer by the Democrats, but Trump has to play big shot. It was their plan all along, I hesitate to use the word "strategy".
