In clips I've seen of Romney's Univision interview it seemed like he stacked the audience

with supporters.
I also remember during the last couple of debates during the Rep. primaries, the audience was very pro Romney.
What's to keep him from doing the same next month? How is it determined who gets to be the audience in the debates?

they need a "security deposit" from every debate attendee ... say, $50K ...

Oh, and Romney will be allowed to have the questions a few hours ahead of time. Barack Obama will be given 10 seconds to answer, 12 of which will be taken up by the asking of the question.
