How could amazon get involved in the absentee/mail in voting ballot delivery?

Do ballots need to be mailed? Or just delivered? Can a national GOTV Operation mobilize people to collect and deliver ballots?

However I can hand deliver my ballot and my 94 year old mothers to the drop box outside town hall. Perfectly legal.
