Remembering Bush v Gore, we know the right doesn't give up a fight when it comes to getting their guy elected. The Lincoln Project isn't going to back down any more than Bush's team did. We all need to be prepared to fight like hell but I, for one, will be glad to have them on our side in the upcoming battle. That doesn't mean I forgive them for getting us here in the first place but I'd rather have them next to us now than still opposing us!

We don't need or want to bear hug them in passionate embrace, but do not want/need to impede or restrict them either.

Just let them do their own thing. We can encourage and cheer them on,...

...but remember once the fog of trDump has cleared and he has been pushed off the political stage the Democratic Party will likely be the next target the Lincoln Project takes aim upon with their well greased media machine and their operatives who work quietly behind the scenes.
