I live in Oregon and we are 100% VBM. The problem may not be in returning our ballots - because there are drop boxes, but in receiving them in the first place.

And asked them what contingency plans they have to combat the USPS slow-down.

I am in Oregon and we are 100% VBM. They have drop boxes that will allow us to RETURN our ballots, but I am gravely concerned that our ballots may not be sent to us in the first place.
