Morning Joe just admitted the media needs to rebound the race to keep the story going

Around the 6:05 mark Joe and the panel admitted that if the media can not swing the media story advantage back to Romney then viewers will tune out.

The panel then spent the next 10 minutes trying to do just that by tearing down Obama and coming up with ways Romney can turn the 47 percent comment to his advantage

F'in unbelievable.

In effect, just as it looked like Romney was gaining an advantage the media would start propping up another passenger in the clown car (Cain, Santorum, etc...)

If it's too cut and dried, nobody will watch and that's bad for ratings.

It's ALL about eyeballs to sell ads. Truth, facts don't matter, just eyeballs; i.e., ratings. In some small measure (decreasing in objectivity) thanks be to (your choice here) NPR, PBS...

Not because it wasn't a race, but because you are a partisan asshole.
