I know a lot is being said about Biden's VP pick today/tonight...

but I just want to add that I have NEVER felt so great about a VP pick!

Biden's choice of Harris is a huge charge to this election.

I'm looking forward to winning in November and getting our country back from the GOP thugs!

On edit...I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT BIDEN/HARRIS 2020!!!!

He's a nice guy and competent, but really brought nothing to the ticket.

As you say, he's a nice guy but really dull - milquetoasty.

And I'm a 63 year old white lady. African Americans and Latinos are underrepresented in the voters that show up to the polls. We must do EVERYTHING we can to get them to vote. Harris will be a big help.

I think a more progressive choice might have helped her. But I am totally thrilled, excited, and on board with Kamala. She was my first choice for a presidential candidate and I'm so happy that she's been chosen as VP.

Trump is scared of her.

And she's is right this moment able to step in as president if necessary, and as Barack Obama said when choosing Biden-- that's the absolutely most important consideration with a VP choice.

It takes a strong man to agree that a strong woman could do the job too.

...I'd have voted for Biden no matter who he picked. But she is truly the best choice. And the energy and enthusiasm factor brought about by her being added to the ticket is going to be very important! Trump will be unable to match it. Because he's an evil sociopath and nobody is enthusiastic about evil sociopaths -- and because the GOP ticket is not historic. It's the past. SO past.

The Democrats' ticket is VERY historic. It's political tectonic plate-moving significant. It's the future. And Democrats are taking us there. Nobody wants to be stuck in the past with a sociopath - well I guess Trump cultists will. But as for the rest of the country? I don't think so.
