1. Probably need to wait a week to get the best picture of the Harris news.

Pollsters started polling on it last night, of course. But wait a week to see how people that don't live and breathe this stuff react.

what, but I am more excited about Harris than I would have been for some other candidates.

People say veep barely registers, but honestly I voted against Palin as much as I did for Obama.

Harris was the best possible pick if we were limited to females as choices. Even better being mixed race. This brings all the racism out in the open that current GOP is dominated with

And at that point, most pollsters will be switching to “likely voter” models, which can vary from pollster to pollster.

The good news is that Nate Silver’s/538’s model is supposed to be out today- this is the formula/algorithm that will be used from now until Election Day to calculate the odds of a candidate winning, as well as gains in house and senate.
