People say veep barely registers, but honestly I voted against Palin as much as I did for Obama.

(15,568 posts)And at that point, most pollsters will be switching to likely voter models, which can vary from pollster to pollster.
The good news is that Nate Silvers/538s model is supposed to be out today- this is the formula/algorithm that will be used from now until Election Day to calculate the odds of a candidate winning, as well as gains in house and senate.
