Supposedly, the most memorable names are a dactyl (a three syllable word with the accent on the first syllable) followed by a spondee (a two syllable word with the accent on the first syllable). For example:

Kamala Harris
Abraham Lincoln
Aleister Crowley
Hannibal Lecter
Benjamin Franklin
Hillary Clinton
Harry S. Truman (the “s” stands for nothing, but he added it because it sounded better)
Jefferson Davis
Benedict Arnold
Oliver Cromwell
Margaret Thatcher
J. R. R. Tolkien
Margaret Atwood

You get the point. I like “Desperate Donald” under our current, political circumstances.
