(6,974 posts)Ryan's turned into a butt hole, who now says that Biden is worse than tRump.
Some of these folks are insane.
Ryan thinks that if tRump wins again, he and his type of what they call themselves can win the next election and take over because things will be so bad that people wouldn't dare vote for another Democrat or Rethug, or whatever party the call themselves.
Earth to Ryan and those who think like he does, if we don't get tRump out and a Dem Senate, there won't be any country like we knew it LEFT. This place will be worse than ru$$ia--just as poor--and we won't have any rights. I wish folks in this country read more and paid attention to the fact that outside of St. Petersburg and Moscow, ru$$ia is a broken sesspool and worse, where most Doctors are paid poorly and you can imagine how poorly teachers, firefighters and essential folks earn over there --->

(43,137 posts)that was very specific. It said I would live to 117.
It didn't say I could afford it.
This is a true story. And I'm going to need several more computers.

(25,849 posts)that anyone already alive today will really live that long.
The simple truth is that the human body simply wears out. For some people that happens sooner than for others.
Several years ago I read something which had looked at how the various parts of the body tended to wear out, and it came to the conclusion that age 82 is around the point at which a lot of parts will have failed. Obviously, there are people that live significantly longer and in good health. Personally I have plans for my 97th birthday.
When I see these kinds of predictions, I never seem to see details of why anyone thinks the so far upper limits on life span (currently a bit over 122, can be shattered.
