Donald Trump again predicts a Joe Biden victory.

Several minutes ago he stated that (paraphrased) the Democratic Party is intentionally keeping schools closed so as to win the Presidential election, and that on November 4, we'll hear that schools are open again.

This is not the first time he's predicted a Biden presidency, nor is it the second or third.

Anyone keeping track of this?
