Policies to control, results, mitigation, rising cases, increased death counts, he could care less. It bores him to death to think or talk about it.

He is only going through the motions trying to look like he cares because if he does not it might affect his ability to win the coming election for his second term America owes him.

So he plays his little half hearted role to look like he possibly give a shit. It is like pulling teeth and a few root canals to get him to come to the podium and reassure the public he has everything under control.

Except the death count numbers astoundingly indicate this administration has not a fucking clue how to effectively manage this pandemic and finally show some promising results.
