I have a serious question. If Trump refuses to leave the White House when

Biden wins, can President Biden use an executive order to remove him?

3. The Secret Service, a squad of US Marshals, and the entire household staff of the East Wing...

would be on the job to kick his fat ass out.

Wouldn't even need an order-- Trump would be a trespasser.

4. He doesn't need one.

At noon on Inauguration Day, the constitution states that the newly-elected president-elect is legally the president. Trump is officially a trespasser and should he refuse to leave, he will be forcibly removed from the grounds by the Secret Service.

8. Thanks, I hope so. But I worry that the secret service could be bought off by Trump. He's

going to cause trouble, that's what he does.

5. This has been discussed ad nauseam.

On January 20, 2021 at noon, Trump becomes a private citizen and will no longer have the right to be on the premises - he'll be a trespasser on government property and can be removed by the Secret Service or federal marshals. No executive order is necessary.

6. Why take the time? Trump would be trespassing. Biden can order him to be removed

with extreme prejudice.

9. Nah, he'll just let Champ and Major off their leashes.

Trump will take one look at those two, and high-tail it out of there before they can get near him. (Not saying Biden will sic his dogs on Trump. Just saying that we all know how Chicken Don feels about them. One look at them, and his shit his Depends and go.)

11. The Secret Service will do its job.

The new boss will get the keys to the White House, and the trespasser, if hes still there, will be escorted out.

It will not be dramatic.

15. I have a serious question about impeachment

After the elections and the dems take the senate as well, can the dems do impeachment in the house and send it to the senate after the new congress is seated (I think Jan 6) and have Trump impeached before inauguration, and then that would stop any pardons of him, for assurance but also gets him out sooner?

16. Joe just has to say "OK, boys, it's eviction time"

To his Secret Service detail. After the inauguration, most of Trump's "protection" evaporates. The housekeeping staff will have packed up anything marked "Trump", will likely have shipped most of it out by Inauguration Morning.
