Paper is the best way to go. Having them physically lost will do since he can't use czarina's new voting machines she got from China to make sure he wins.

that it's partly so he has plausible deniability in case somebody discovers that Pooty & Co. got their hands on millions of swing state ballots, marked them all for Dump, and dropped them in mailboxes.

"See, I told you mail-in ballots were bad! Now it's too late. I won. You should have listened to me."

Dump likely isn't smart enough to pull it off. However, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of some GOP operatives in swing states making lots of copies of ballots and sending them out to "phantom" Dump voters. Maybe just to bog down the system.



Another angle is that Dump may be "signaling" to his cult to "do something" to prevent mail-in votes from arriving and being counted. Michael Cohen explained how Dump doesn't tell people explicitly what to do; he just "signals" that he wants this thing that's bothering him "taken care of."
