1. Reminds me of Nixon's

"transcripts" of the Watergate tapes. Before the pages would go the secretaries for transcription, he would black out huge passages including most of the incriminating stuff. That's where he found the smoking gun and went to the tape storage room to delete what turned out to be 18 and half minutes which he knew clearly incriminated him, Haldeman, and Ehrlichman.

Of course, the spaz was so uncoordinated it took him four tries to get the tape to begin to record, then four more tries to see when he wanted to stop erasing it.
