4. If we want pot to be Federally decriminalize, no choice on who

to vote for. We don't have to have it as a campaign issue but the outcome of a overwhelming landslide. That should be motivation enough.

This is also a criminal justice issue, useless arrests have needlessly prevented gainful and other employment, arrests and convictions disproportionate in black neighborhoods, and with black individuals nationwide.
