I'm embarrassed for my community-covid 19 testing...
The local community center is just across the lot from my home...they are doing free testing today. Due to at least two members of my small apt community being exposed and another resident actually having the virus in March (thankfully she recovered) I was tested a few weeks back and it was negative. I can see the testing area (it is outside) and from 8:30 this morning have only seen four persons (including myself) getting tested. People in this area have mostly not been wearing masks or social distancing, they seem to think (as most good republicans do) that the virus is gone or a "hoax" and no need for precautions or testing...a week or so back the local hospitals were still reporting their ICU beds were 90 percent full. Like I said, I'm embarrassed for the community and the rampant ignorance and stupidity....rant over...
