My sister- in- law lives in Portland. Asked her about reported violence there

She said there are stories about the Proud Boys and other groups coming in and causing trouble. In some cases the police are allowing the Proud Boys to leave before they start arresting people.

I know this is anecdotal, but there other sources that claim the same thing. Most of them have paywalls so I am leaving it up anyone who wants to google.

I'm tired of the way legitimate protesters get lumped in with provocateurs.

The individuals that have repeatedly incited trouble by vandalizing and setting fires to building for the last 87 nights are not legitimate protestors. They ruin the reputation of those who are the legitimate protestors.
