So far the Republicans have generously approved one bottle of generic aspirin, one box of off label bandaids, one roll of antacid tablets, a quart of bleach, one jar of petroleum jelly and the phone number to a 24/7 off shore call computerized center for instant phone diagnoses.

Don't hold your breath waiting for them to EVER propose one--it's not what their masters want.
Basically, their plan is 1) Don't get sick. Keep working your ass into the ground for our profits; 2) If you get sick, die quickly, and leave your kids to replace you.

And yes, I'm shouting deliberately. This seems to be brought up about once a day - and it needs to stopl.

NOTHING they can do will do anything other than create chaos and emotional strain and uncertainty about whether my daughter lives or dies. Every few months, since the ACA was passed, there has been a new attemted murder via sabotaging the health care plan. So far none have succeeded - but please do not poke the sleeping bear. it is my daughter who will pay the price.

She has $200,000 in billed medical expenses each and every year - until she needs a transplant. She'll need more than a million that year, then about a half million every year after that. Her income is less than $20,000/year. Without the ACA, she has no way to pay for her essential medical care - and we are exhausted from weathering every single threat against it.

I don't give a crap that he has broken another throw-away promise - but if he is prodded into doing something by everyone who keeps poking him? Well - I consider my daughter's death sentence on the hands of anyone goading him to act, as well.

...will only be a lie if told. By asking, we only are acknowledging that they are not credible, and bullshiting the American public that they truly feel are too ignorant to understand.
God - if it were not for a voting electorate, they wouldn’t even go through the trouble of lying.

poking the bear. If it lashes out, we will gain nothing and my daughter will pay the price with her emotional health and life.

He issues countless orders that are completely unenforceable -and if poked enough he may well issue one on health care. As a practical matter, it will not be enforceable. BUT until the Supreme Court decides that our lives are in emotional tatters - for the umpteenth time since the Republicans dedided to dismantle the ACA - and if he succeeds, my daughter will die.

Is our family's emotional health and my daughter's life (and that of others similarly situated) really worth the fun of rubbing his nose in it?
