Self defense my foot!
That’s how the lawyer explain last Tuesday night’s deadly shootings by that 17 year old in Kenosha. Hold on folks! It is just the beginning of expected excuses, but the truth! The 17 year old aimed and fired the fatal shots!

1. Lawyers will be lawyers. And that seems to be his best shot. (sorry...)

2. The lawyer has an obligation to raise all possible defenses, even feeble ones.
A jury will have to sort it out based on the evidence presented at his trial, if there is one. Don't get your undies in a bunch worrying about these preliminary claims, as they are not evidence.

7. With the same firm conviction that he was as much the responsible child on the cusp of
adult-hood as when she locked up and away the pharmaceuticals, cleaning products, kitchen knives and scissors when he was a curious toddler? Well, to be fair, maybe she never did much of anything then out of love that duty did not demand by rule of law either.
SMH...I have only condolences to the family and friends of the victims. As for evidence, only the truths of science in psychology and psychiatry can attempt what a mind, at any point in time, may be capable of thinking and acting upon any perceived belief held. Still SMH... |

4. He Could Have Totally Defended Himself
By NOT driving across state lines with a gun, looking for trouble.
Not going would be self-defense. Going with a gun seems more like hunting! |

With his AR-15 in hand to boot.
