There are definitely some Constitutional questions here. There might be a injunction.

CDC has no authority, and With the reduced test BS, they have no credibility

The CDC order should prevent some people from becoming homeless, that's something.

so they don't have to pass legislation
U.S. President Donald Trump on Aug. 8 directed CDC to consider if temporarily halting residential evictions was "reasonably necessary to prevent the further spread of COVID-19."

CDC is an executive branch agency. It's an extension of an executive order. Allowable in response to public health emergency

Like ones especially who only own 1 or 2 other places have mortgages on them that rent covers.
Will they lose the homes they rent?
In this I feel sorry for both sides.

So, CDC "says" it is going to extend people being safe from losing their homes but FEMA will not give poor children who are being forced to go back to school face masks.
Well, if the family unit who will not lose their home yet has maskless children and grandma with health problems living there that is another government euthanasia.

My heart goes to those who still are going to lose their homes anyway.
